Prateek has over 2 years of experience in raising equity from private equity and venture capital funds. Prateek is a graduate from the University of Leeds, UK in MSc Finance and Investment. He has worked extensively in formulating fund raising strategy for corporates in diverse sectors such as Consumer Goods, ITeS, Real Estate, Entertainment, Food & Beverages, Automobile, Sports & Maize Processing and has been an instrumental in raising funds to tune of INR 67 Cr. He is also active in working with startups and founders in helping them formulate business strategy and preparing them for angel investment. Prateek has cleared Financial Markets (both Beginners and Advanced) NCFM modules. He is skilled in Investment Banking, Financial Analysis, Financial Management, Derivatives Strategies and Reconciliations.
